The College:
The only private, independent college in Utah, Westminster College has a proud tradition of academic excellence. Located in Salt Lake City near the Wasatch Mountains, Westminster provides a learning environment that is as unique and nurturing as its beautiful surroundings. Although the campus has undergone many changes over the past century, including a recently finished Residential Village and classrooms equipped with the very latest in technology, our commitment to outstanding education has not. Our faculty are here because they love to teach and work with students one-on-one. In our small classes, students receive the individual attention they need for success and are encouraged to discover their passions.

The Westminster College campus is situated on 27 acres in a residential area of Salt Lake City next to Emigration Creek. Students in our Residential Village or nearby local housing are just 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from nearby canyons, and only 30 minutes from spectacular ski slopes. Westminster's campus is located in the Sugarhouse area (just a few miles from downtown Salt Lake City) known for its eclectic shops and the incredible fireworks at Sugarhouse Park. In the heart of the American West along the Rocky Mountains, Utah is often referred to as the "Intermountain West" and claims the beauty of five national parks.
