The University:
St. Edward's University provides a culturally diverse student body with a liberal arts education that offers a broad understanding of various
disciplines. Our students receive individualized attention in classrooms that have a low 15:1 student to faculty ratio. We have an on-going
commitment to students through our Academic Planning and Support Center, the Career Planning and Experiential Learning Center, the Center for
Ethics and Leadership, and through the assistance and guidance of our competent faculty.
St. Edward's University is a private, Catholic liberal arts institution of about 4,100 students located in one of the world's most vibrant
cities, Austin, Texas. Founded in 1885 by the Rev. Edward Sorin, superior general of the Congregation of Holy Cross and the same priest who
