The College:
Since 1831 LaGrange College has been challenging students’ minds, inspiring their souls—and changing lives. Today, LaGrange is a four-year liberal arts and sciences institution offering 43 academic and pre-professional programs and graduate degrees in education. Affiliated with the United Methodist Church, LaGrange is ranked by U.S. News & World Report among the South's top 10 comprehensive colleges and among that category's top 10 "best values." The campus covers more than 120 acres and features the latest “wired” classrooms and prime performance and athletic facilities.

The oldest independent institution of higher learning in the state, LaGrange College has about 1,000 students and has been affiliated with The United Methodist Church since its beginnings. The College sits atop the highest point in LaGrange, which has a population of nearly 30,000 and was recently named Intelligent City of the Year by the World Teleport Association. Nearby are Callaway Gardens, the Warm Springs Foundation and Franklin D. Roosevelt's Little White House.
