The Alaska Pacific University campus in Anchorage is one of the most beautiful
campuses in the United States, a serene and natural jewel set in the heart of a modern city, with the ever-changing Chugach Mountains rising
up behind nearly 200 acres of lawns, woods, and University Lake. Moose are frequently seen on the campus in all seasons, as are a wide variety
of other Alaska animals and birds. The three miles of campus trails lead bikers, hikers, in-line skaters, skiers, and runners into an extensive
regional trail system which stretches from the ocean waters of Cook Inlet, throughout the city, and into the mountains to the east.
